CPAutomation SA nominated for the Price of the swiss french company 2008 |

| The winner of the third Price of the swiss french company 2008 will be unveiled by the Swiss Venture Club (SVC) on April 17 in Lausanne. |

| As for the previous edition, six finalists companies - on more than fifty initially - were selected by a jury of fifteen people. The nominated companies must provide evidence of their performances over the time, but also demonstrate a contribution in terms of innovation and regional growing. The objective is to ensure a balance between the quantitative and qualitative factors. Among the criteria include the business creativity, the quality of staff and management. Candidates are examined in three phases on the basis of their key figures, an in-depth interview with their leadership and a visit to their facilities by all members of the jury.

CPAutomation in the Atex area |

| We are able to assure a large range of services in the Atex area, as well in the conception phase as in the realisation phase.
As a specialist we assure, by a large range of activities, the complete Atex-certification of new equipment, and we do also provide our services within the framework of revamping of equipment. |

| We assure within the framework of new equipment, the certification of complete systems (electrical, mechanical and process approach). Since 30th June 2003 it is legally determined that all products used in areas with potential danger for gas- or dust explosions have to fulfil the requirements of the ATEX directive 94/9/EC (ATEX 95).
Concerning the legal requirements within the framework of revamping of equipment, it is determined that the workplaces in use before 30th June 2003, including potential danger for gas- or dust explosions, have to fulfil the minimum requirements of the ATEX directive 1999/92/EC (ATEX 137) at least 3 years after this date. All the workplaces that have been modified after 30th June 2003 have also to fulfil the minimum requirements of the directive ATEX 137.
