Automatic visual inspection machine for micro-technical parts
Designed to perform automatic visual inspection of micro-technical parts, the Microparts inspector machine is a selflearning production machine that operates based on artificial intelligence and neuronal networks. By mimicking human functionality, the technology enables to automate inspection tasks that cannot be performed by traditional industrial vision systems. The Microparts inspector machine can be used to inspect parts flatly positioned in trays, and can be equipped with a standalone system for stacking and unstacking trays (optional).

Automated Optical Character Recognition (OCR) machine
Based on self-learning technology, the Optical Character Reader machine automates optical character recognition (OCR) on parts with variable geometry and any texture type. The Optical Character Reader automatically locates, orients, reads and converts characters such as serial numbers or product names into text files. By mimicking human functions, the technology makes it possible to automate inspection tasks that are difficult for traditional industrial vision systems to perform. An autonomy system for unstacking and stacking trays is available as an option.
